Terms of delivery

The following delivery conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop https://edenrituals.lt/operated by MB Eden Rituals, legal entity code 307005191, registration address: V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, e-mail: info@edenrituals.lt.

Delivery methods and prices

1. Delivery via post offices:
   • Price: €3.50.
   • Orders are delivered to the post office of your choice.
2. Delivery by courier:
   • Price: 4,00 EUR.
   • Goods are delivered to the address you specify - home or workplace.
3. Free delivery:
   • Orders over EUR 70 are delivered free of charge.
4. Extra charge for delivery to Curonian Spit:
   • Delivery to this region costs an extra €29.

Delivery time

1. Goods are delivered within 3-5 working days after confirmation of order payment.
2. Delivery times are provisional and subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. holiday periods or adverse weather conditions).
3. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery address

1. The customer can choose delivery to:
   • Home address;
   • Your work address.
     If the delivery is to a workplace, please specify the working hours to ensure a smooth delivery.
2. The delivery information must be accurate and complete. MB Eden Rituals is not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Minimum order amount

• The minimum order value is EUR 10. Orders of less than EUR 10 will not be processed.

Payment for delivery

1. Delivery charges will be automatically added to the total order amount at checkout.
2. The customer is given details of all costs before the booking is confirmed.

Changes to delivery terms

MB Eden Rituals reserves the right to change the delivery conditions. The new terms and conditions shall take effect from the date of their publication on the website https://edenrituals.lt/.
