Return policy

The following return policy applies to all purchases made through the online shop https://edenrituals.lt/operated by MB Eden Rituals, legal entity code 307005191, registration address: V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, e-mail: info@edenrituals.lt.

Conditions for returning goods

1. Return of quality goods:
   • Quality goods can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt.
   • The product must be in its original, neat and tidy packaging.
   • The product must not be used, damaged or have lost its marketable appearance (intact labels, protective films, etc.).
   • The returned product must be in its complete condition, including any gifts received for the product.
   • The buyer must provide the order number and payment confirmation.
2. Returning faulty goods:
   • Defective goods are returned in accordance with Order No 217 of 29 June 2001 of the Minister of Economy "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods".
   • MB Eden Rituals undertakes to rectify the defect, replace the product with a suitable one or refund the money paid for it.
3. Goods that cannot be returned:
   • Cosmetics or hygiene products, if opened and/or used.
   • Goods that have been made to special order or customised to the buyer's needs.

Refund process

1. Contact us by email info@edenrituals.lt and specify:
   • Order number.
   • The name of the item being returned and the reason for it.
2. Upon receipt of your request, we will reply within 2 working days to agree on the details of the refund.
3. The return address will be provided once we have confirmed your request.
4. The costs of return are borne by the buyer, unless the goods were of poor quality.

Refund of money

1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the money will be refunded within 3 working days to the payer's account.
2. If the return is for a faulty product, MB Eden Rituals will cover all the costs associated with the return.

In the event of a dispute, we recommend that you first contact us directly by email info@edenrituals.lt. If no solution can be found, you have the right to turn to an online consumer dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
