DERMEDEN Pigment Reduction Concentrate TXA 5% ANTI-DARK SPOTS works where pigment spots are formed - in the melanocytes. The formula combines 5 % Tranexamic Acid and 10 % Niacinamide, an effective combination that inhibits melanin production and helps to lighten the skin from within.

Tranexamic acid inhibits the process of melanin production at its onset, while niacinamide inhibits the transfer of the pigment to the skin surface. This synergy results in smoother, brighter and more radiant skin.

In clinical trials at 56 days, the following was observed:
- 69 % Reduced spot size.
- 94 % participants reported reduced pigmentation.
- 88 % noticed a more even skin tone.

How to use?
Apply 1-2 drops of the concentrate morning and night on clean, dry skin - only on the areas where pigmentation is present.
Recommended for 12 weeks:
- in the morning before a cream or SPF 50 day cream,
- in the evening before night-time care.
Avoid contact with eyes. Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
